Description

Available in two standard sizes, our Thermosil Silicone sheets are specially formulated for superior thermal conductivity and temperature recovery ideal for any impulse heating applications.

The silicone is chemically bonded to the metal backing through a compression molding process, free from any adhesives. Unlike adhesive-backed sheets, our silicone-to-metal bond is heat resistant up to 550⁰F.

Higher Durometers (Shore A) 70, 80, and 90
- Increased durability
- Increased accuracy
Lower Durometers (Shore A) 40, 50, and 60
- Compensates for surface defects within application
- More pliable compared to higher durometer silicone and rubber materials
