Filters

Filters

Filters protect sensitive devices from system contamination in a pneumatic or liquid circuit. Filters are a flat stainless steel weave meant for small devices or for larger systems working in tandem with system-wide filtration. There is no flow orientation to the in-line filters, the filtered area and canister volume are equal on both sides of the filter. Air Logic's barbed in-line filters are low profile, lightweight and fit into the tightest design envelopes.

  • Barbed In-line Polypropylene Filters

    Barbed In-line Polypropylene Filters

Barbed inline filters protect sensitive devices from contamination in a fluid circuit, either gas or liquid. This plastic filter is a composed of a polypropylene weave in a housing of the same material, and meant for small devices or for larger systems working in tandem with system-wide filtration. There is no flow orientation to the inline filters; the filtered area and canister volume are equal on both sides of the filter. Air Logic polypropylene filters have a large diameter to provide more filtration area.
  • Barb to Thread Filtered Adapter

    Barb to Thread Filtered Adapter

    • Threaded filters protect sensitive devices from system contamination in a pneumatic or liquid circuit. Filters are a flat stainless-steel weave meant for small devices or for larger systems working in tandem with system-wide filtration. There is no flow orientation to the filters, the filtered area and canister volume are equal on both sides of the filter. Air Logic's barbed inline filters are low profile, lightweight and fit into the tightest design envelopes.
    • This filter is well suited to filtering media entering or leaving a critical device. Integrate the threaded filter into a system to create a filtered input or output. Ex. Regulator, Valve, cylinder, or pump.
    • Threaded filters are commonly used to protect against debris generated inside of a system or device. Ex. Teflon tape debris during assembly, broken o-rings from valves, machining chips from threads.
  • Threaded In-Line Air Filters

    Threaded In-Line Air Filters

    • Threaded inline filters protect sensitive devices from system contamination in a pneumatic or liquid circuit. Filters are a flat stainless steel weave meant for small devices or for larger systems working in tandem with system-wide filtration. There is no flow orientation to the inline filters, the filtered area and canister volume are equal on both sides of the filter. Threaded inline filters offer the largest filtered area in Air Logic's offerings.
    • Threaded inline filters are commonly used to protect against debris generated inside of a system or device. Ex. Teflon tape debris during assembly, broken o-rings from valves, machining chips from threads.
    • Threaded connections are a convenient way to connect in a variety of applications. This product combines well with Air Logic's fitting product line for application specific requirements like swivel capability, and replaceable filter applications.
  • Filtered Orifice Restrictors

    Filtered Orifice Restrictors

Filtered orifice restrictors build on Air Logic's orifice product line with additional protection of an integrated filter. Orifices work on the principal of Flow Restriction with the orifice diameter being identified in the part number and by color codes assigned to each orifice size. In addition to orifice diameter, Air Logic controls many smaller factors that have an impact on the total restriction of the orifice. This is why Air Logic's orifices are trusted to provide accurate and reliable flow performance across a variety of different markets. All of the Air Logics products are precision molded, assembled and tested in America. Filtration immediately upstream of the orifice will protect the orifice in case of system contamination.

  • Intake Filters

    Intake Filters

Filtered Intakes provide an entry path for liquid or gas into a system or device. This product can also be described as a Dip tube filter, Dip tube screen, Filtered Pickup, or Bottle Strainer. The large opening reduces flow restriction and may be easily monitored for debris buildup. The Housing of the filtered intake is designed to provide a flow path even if it is up against a flat surface (eg. Inside the bottom of a bottle).
