Medical Umbrella Check Valves

Umbrella check valves are Air Logic's first-in-class robust innovation in low cracking force inline non-return valves. The plastic bodies with preloaded elastomer umbrellas are designed for cracking pressures below 2 psi. In the forward direction, the pressure pushes up on the umbrella and it is automatically opened to facilitate flow through the circuit. In the reverse flow direction, the pressure forces the umbrella against the seat of the product and prevents flow from occurring. Air Logic's umbrella check valve is suitable for a wide range of OEM devices and applications. This version of Air Logic's Umbrella Check Valves was specifically crafter with a focus on the Life Science sector (including Medical Devices, Analytical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, and more). All component materials in the "PPS" variation are compliant with RoHS, REACH, ISO 10993, FDA 21 CFR, and USP Class VI regulations and are developed without any intentional addition of BSE, TSE, latex, phthalates, BPA, melamine, PAH, PFAS, cobalt, or mica.
