Silicone Tubing Platinum-Cured Medical Grade - SMGX Series

The SMGX Series is a Platinum-Cured product that conforms to the biocompatibility requirements of USP Class VI
The surface properties of the tubing resist sticking and encrustation. This enables it to repel bacteria growth
The tubing is soft, pliable and contains no plasticizers
It is not recommended for implantable or in-body uses and should be sterilized prior to use
If exposed to repeated steam sterilization or long term high temperature or pressure, silicone will eventually become gummy. It should then be replaced
Platinum cured for the highest degree of purity
Reusable - will withstand repeated sterilization
Nonreactive to body tissues and fluids
Silicone elastomer meets USP Class VI requirements
