3/8" Triple Hose Barb Diaphragm Check, Epichlorohydrin (ECO) Diaphragm, Natural & Black Nylon Body

A highly reliable, normally open diaphragm check valve that can be installed in any position. This allows the greatest flexibility when you need backflow protection for a vacuum, gas or liquid system.

The free-floating diaphragm reacts to the slightest difference in pressure across the valve giving it a very rapid response time between free-flow and no-flow conditions.

• Cracking pressure: 1.5 psig maximum
• Flow rate: 246 CFH (4.1 CFM) minimum at 6.9 psig*
• Sealing pressure: 3 psig back pressure required for a tight seal

*CFH is cubic feet per hour and CFM is cubic feet per minute.

Materials:

Nylon 66 is a strong, stiff engineering plastic that provides excellent resistance to chemicals and hydrocarbons. These includes oils, lubricants, gasoline, kerosene and diesel fuel.

Epichlorohydrin (ECO) rubber diaphragm have a very good operating temperature range and excellent resistance to acids, alkalis and ozone. ECO rubber also has excellent resistance to aging and very low gas permeability.
