Check Valves

Check Valves

Check valves will prevent flow in one direction and facilitate flow in the opposite direction. Check valves are sometimes called non-return valves.

Check Valves Options

  • Miniature Floating Disk Check Valves

    Miniature Floating Disk Check Valves

Miniature check valves will prevent flow in one direction and facilitate flow in the opposite direction. Check valves are sometimes called non-return valves. Floating disk style check valves have a disk that will change position inside of the body with the flow of media. In the forward direction, the media is able to flow around the disk. In the reverse direction, the disk is pushed against the seat and prevents flow.

  • Umbrella Check Valves

    Umbrella Check Valves

Experience Air Logic's cutting-edge umbrella check valves, engineered for minimal cracking force and reliable performance. With plastic bodies and elastomer umbrellas, they're designed for cracking pressures under 2 psi. In forward flow, pressure lifts the umbrella for seamless flow, while in reverse it ensures a tight seal.

Versatile for OEM applications across Medical Devices, Analytical Instruments, Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Small Engines, and beyond.
  • Directional Flow Control Valves

    Directional Flow Control Valves

Directional Flow Controls apply orifice technology in one flow direction and free flow in the other. They work on the principal of Flow Restriction with the orifice diameter being identified in the part number. In addition to orifice diameter, Air Logic controls many smaller factors that have an impact on the total restriction of the orifice. A moving disk changes position based on the flow in the circuit. In the controlled direction, the orifice is the only path the media can flow through. In the opposite direction, the disk moves and the media is free to flow through the product unrestricted.

  • Normally Closed Check Valves

    Normally Closed Check Valves

Check valves will prevent flow in one direction and facilitate flow in the opposite direction. Check valves are sometimes called non-return valves. Normally Closed style check valves have a spring and disk combination that will open once the pressure differential is greater than the spring force. The pressure differential that a normally closed check valve opens is called the "Cracking Pressure". Air Logic's normally closed check valves combine the benefits of a soft silicone seat with a hard floating disk: great sealing characteristics and high reverse pressure ratings.

  • Normally Closed Check Valves with Swivel Fittings

Normally Closed Check Valves with Swivel Fittings

Check valves will prevent flow in one direction and facilitate flow in the opposite direction. Check valves are sometimes called non-return valves. Normally Closed check valves with swivel fittings have a ball and spring combination that will open once the pressure differential is greater than the spring force. The pressure differential that a normally closed check valve opens is called the "Cracking Pressure".

Air Logic's normally check valves with swivel fittings have configurable fittings, O-rings, and cracking pressures.
