Additionally, ISMed provides all of the same value-added services as the overarching ISM thanks to our cleanroom capabilities. The ISMed on-site ISO 8, Class 100,000 cleanroom is designed to prevent the introduction of additional particulate matter or bio-burden to any products being handled for customization, assembly, or packaging services. Flow Control Assembly
Our unique sub-assemblies built by ISMed are designed to fit specific customer requirements in quantities that provide convenience to customers, including cut-to-length medical grade plastic tubing.
Custom Fittings
Our custom fitting capabilities include integrated check valves or relief valves, internal orifice applications, modified fittings or connectors, in-line filtration, and more.
Packaging and Repackaging
All sub-assemblies and custom fittings are assembled and repackaged in our cleanroom environment as needed. Such packaging and repackaging services also include the option for kitting, separating the assemblies into discrete packages for fast and easy use in a medical setting.
